We are often asked to help establish a Board or other governance structure for the companies we work with.

Our support can include:

• Defining the nature of the governance structure
• Documenting a role description and person specification
• Developing a process for identifying a shortlist of candidates (including recommendations)
• Making initial contact and interviewing individuals (if required)
• Supporting you in selecting the best candidate
• Negotiating terms and producing a formal letter of appointment

Occasionally we join a Board ourselves as an independent director.
